1. How does it work?

If at any time within 180 days after the delivery of your purchase, you change your mind about your order, simply download the form below, return your boxes to us, and we will fully refund you, including the opened box.

Please note: Parcels sent to an address other than the one mentioned in the form will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Additional Information

Return shipping costs, delivery fees, and any applicable taxes and customs duties are your responsibility.
In the case of a partial return, the refund will only cover the number of boxes you have sent back to us. We cannot refund boxes that we have not received.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in cases of abuse (such as requesting a refund for an order of several completely used boxes, multiple refund requests, etc.).
